Hello, I'm Julia Silva.

"I'm a photographer above all else, but my love affair with photography stems my life-long passion for storytelling. Through intentional, branded imagery, I get to help companies tell the stories they can't tell with words.

What her bio won’t tell you:

Has tried, and rocked, every hair color imaginable. Makes a mean sloe gin martini. Is a self-proclaimed enchilada aficionado. Has been to Disney World more than 100 times. Fosters dogs from local shelters. Can recite Beetlejuice from start to finish.

Julia Silva serves as Partner and Head of Creative at Six Things. Fusing her training in fine art with her love for social media and brand building, Julia helps clients tell their stories with meaningfully captured visual and social content. Julia is committed to helping brands go beyond catching the attention of their audiences to truly captivate them.

Before joining Six Things, Julia contributed to publications like People, Table Matters and the Wall Street Journal, and had the privilege of shooting with dozens of household names, including Ryan Reynolds, Mary Higgins Clark and Lin Manuel Miranda.

Julia earned her B.S. from Drexel University where she studied photography. Her thesis highlighting diversity within the world of millennial feminism was honored in the Philadelphia Photo Art Center's 5th Annual Contemporary Photography Competition & Exhibition, which was juried by Mary Ellen Mark and Brian Clamp.
